In LoL Patch 13.6, Riot describes nerfs to Yuumi's updated Prowling Projectile, Aurelion Sol's ultimate power.

Since Riot Games released both Yuumi's ability changes and Aurelien Sol's extensive gameplay update, League of Legends players have had to contend with their strong kits in solo queue matches all over the world. However, developers are significantly weakening the two in Patch 13.6, which should help limit their strength.

First, Yuumi's Prowling Projectile will have a fixed cooldown of 6.5 seconds. At higher levels, the ability's mana cost will also increase, and its range and speed will be decreased.

This will be a sizable nerf that should affect both her effectiveness in the late game when attempting to poke around an objective and her ability to poke out enemies in the early stages of a game. Additionally, her ultimate attack's "Best Friend" resistances are being removed, which will lessen its potency while giving opponents a chance to counter with their own combo.

On the other hand, Aurelion Sol will experience an increase in his Singularity's cooldown, which will now be a fixed 12 seconds rather than decreasing to 10 seconds with level. His ultimate ability's knock-up and stun durations are each reduced by 0.25 seconds, and its cast range is shrunk by 150 units. Additionally, 25 more Stardust are required to change Falling Star into The Skies Descend.

Last but not least, Veigar will experience minor reductions in health and attack range as well as a relatively larger reduction in early-level damage from his ultimate ability.

The previously mentioned changes for Yuumi and Aurelion Sol should help shift them away from the dominant stronghold they have at the top of the leaderboards, though it shouldn't be too disruptive to the caster mage's current position in the League meta.

Changes are tentative until they are implemented on live League servers, as always.
